John discusses some changes that come about when a relationship breaks up and how now is the time to call upon your inner strength to get through the changes. It's definitely possible to do so. Don't give in to the notion you can't go beyond what someone else is willing to give you. You can make the changes for your life: to be more wise and be present to your own capability to live and not just survive.
